New Year!!!!

We hear phrases this time of year like "New Year, New You" with New Years resolutions begin made right and left! Most of them are unattainable and we find ourselves depressed over them and overwhelming! In just a few days or months, they have been set aside by the growing chaos ad busy-ness of life. Sound familiar?

Romans 5:17 tells us that it is the plan and desire of God that His children "reign in life". To "reign" is actually a royal term speaking of "exercising kingly power, rule, influence, leadership, and control".

How do we actually reign in this life this next year? Well, we look to a king who God said asked for the best thing as a ruler: King Solomon asked for WISDOM. And where do we find this wisdom? Proverbs!

Therefore, it is of upmost importance that we learn how to walk in wisdom. This is how you will reign in this life! Let's journey together through Proverbs and learn how to reign while connecting with others in a way that is mutually beneficial in encouragement, growth, and transformation for the glory of God.

Beginning January 1st, simply read Proverbs 1 and then post here what the Holy Spirit highlighted for you in this chapter! In this way, we have healthy accountability to share each day, to learn from one another, and to grow in our ability to reign!
